LIGHT PATH SELECTOR KNOB AND FIELD AND APERTURE IRIS DIAPHRAGM ADJUSTMENT KNOBS The long metal rod (Light Path Selector Knob) below adjusts the amount of light that can enter the eyepieces or the camera. It has three settings - all eyepiece, both, or all camera. The two knobs below the Light Path Selector Knob adjust the uniformity of the fluorescence illumination of the sample in fluorescent microscopy. |
